Provident, Hale and KME are sponsoring the first ever Stop, Drop, Rock ‘N’ Roll (SDRR) to be held at the Pennsylvania Fire Expo. A SDRR event has been held successfully at the FDIC show in Indianapolis in previous years, and like its predecessor, the Harrisburg party will forward all proceeds to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

The Harrisburg Stop, Drop, Rock ‘N’ Roll will be held on Friday, May 20 from 5pm till 9pm. For a $15 NFFF donation, attendees will enjoy a local pipe and drum band, food, drinks, auction, live music from Rosie Soul and the Rock ‘n Roll Cowboys and a cash bar. The event will be held in the Farm Show Complex Banquet Hall. Tickets are available at the door or in advance at the NFFF booth.

According to Phil Gerace, KME Director of Sales and Marketing, “KME is pleased to join with other Pennsylvania companies to support the NFFF and its important mission. We hope that this year’s Stop, Drop, Rock ‘N’ Roll in Harrisburg is the first of many to come as we work toward the goal of zero firefighter deaths.”
